Mr. Hughes has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Fairfield University in Connecticut, and took post-graduate courses in International Business from Drexel University in Pennsylvania

 He has served as a consultant for the following corrugating plants: Papeles Corrugados, Grupo Tucan, Corrugados la Colmena and Arvisa from Grupo Garze. With more than 40 years of experience in the corrugated industry, Mr. Hughes has worked for Container Corporation of America (U.S & Venezuela), Cartografica Francisco Mazza, Rigesa (Brazil), Industrias Minerva S.A and Cartonajes Estrella S.A. de C.V.(Mexico) .  He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.  

ALHU has offices in the United States and Mexico serving the corrugated box industry from Texas to Panama.

 

Four years ago the first Intelligent Office of El Paso opened. It is a franchise which offers virtual offices and remote receptionist for screening calls. The concept is ideal for professionals working from home. The second office will open in 2007 giving complete coverage to the city of El Paso.

Susan Mucha owns a management consultancy which provides strategic planning and training services to companies in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry. She earlier spent 20 years in the electronics industry in a variety of staff and executive positions including four years as an officer of a NASDAQ-traded electronics company. She received a Bachelor of Science in journalism from the University of Florida and an M.A.S. from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She is an Accredited Business Communicator through the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and a Certified Manager through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM). She has taught undergraduate courses in marketing, international marketing, management and organizational behavior at the University of Phoenix and graduate courses in human resources management, strategic planning and leadership in Webster University’s M.B.A. program. She is a frequent contributor to electronics industry publications. In 2007, she published a book related to manufacturing services marketing strategy.

David Tucker opened his first small business, a printing company, nearly 50 years ago.  His varied business experience includes:  Commercial Printing and Marking Devices with emphasis in advertising, direct mail and marketing material preparation. He opened one of the first Commercial Mail Receiving Agencies while Mail Boxes Etc. was still under formation in San Diego and it is still in operation today. A decorative rubber stamp manufacturing operation was created, aimed at the retail market. One of his firms was involved in Publishing Consulting and he has conducted hundreds of seminars dealing with Publishing / Selling Your Own Book, Marketing by Mail and Cutting Cost of Printing.  His book resale firm sold over 1000 niche titles nationally and internationally by catalog. David has written 6 books relating to graphics and law enforcement.  He originated and published 2 monthly regional magazines.  One a general advertising vehicle, the other a real estate magazine. Cell Phone and Pager Dealerships were added to the publishing ventures, creating a communication company. He has also held Insurance licenses in Texas and New Mexico.  Retired now, he shares his experience with the clients of SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives).

Lyle has a degree in Business and English from a small private college in Tacoma, Washington. While in Washington he owned and operated two restaurants for 8 years as well as a small construction company for another 9 years. He is well versed in the restaurant industry and construction industry. Currently he is an account executive with Hill and Usher Insurance, of Phoenix, Arizona, managing over $3 million in commercial insurance. He also has a Masters Degree in Business, and he teaches Marketing to undergraduate as well as graduate students at the University of Phoenix.
